Howard Fox, MA, ACCHoward Fox brings over 20 years of executive coaching, leadership development, and consulting experience to a diverse clientele at all levels of the organizational structure.  Howard specializes in coaching high-performing leaders whose management style has become an impediment to their ongoing career success.  With the support of management, he coaches leaders to become aware of how negative perceptions can impact continued career success, and to learn more effective approaches for eliminating the negative perceptions and accompanying behavior.  Howard’s coaching approach to help his clients succeed is assisted by his interest in emotional intelligence, personality, and neuroscience.

Howard is a volunteer coach and workshop facilitator for a non-profit in Chicago, IL, where he assists clients through job loss and career transformation.  Howard is also an Adjunct Faculty at the Adler School of Professional Psychology, where he teaches a course in Executive Coaching and leadership.  He is a member of the International Coach Federation, the Association for Psychological Type International, the Institute for Social + Emotional Intelligence™, and the Boss Whispering Institute.  Howard holds a MA in Organization Management and Development and received his MA and coach training from Fielding Graduate University in beautiful sunny & warm, Santa Barbara, CA.
